Thomas J. Koncius, CBR

Thomas Koncius, owner broker of Atlantic Brokerage Group, has over 20 years experience as a real estate professional. After graduating from Northeastern University, Cum Laude, he worked as a residential real estate staff appraiser until opening his own appraisal business in Cohasset in 1995, which has grown to the areas largest with 20 appraisers in three states. Additionally , Tom is a licensed contractor who actively purchases , renovates and sells some of the areas finest homes.

Tom says that the appraisal background and contracting experience has made him a better broker an attribute few other agents can boast of. Tom has been a featured host on countless radio and television real estate related programs as well as having been published in Banker and Tradesman as well as other notable real estate publications. Tom is considered a Real Estate expert witness in both Norfolk and Plymouth counties and has testified in court. Tom is a consistent multi million dollar producer and understands the the luxury and high end markets inside out.

An absolute professional, Tom never departs from the highest ethical standard while thriving on the remarkable productive relationships he develops with whomever he deals professionally. Having lived in London while working as a Parliamentary aid, in addition to extensive off shore international sailing experiences make Tom a person with a broad range of skills and experiences. Originally from Connecticut and having lived in New Jersey, Texas and Boston, Tom currently lives in Cohasset with his wife Lauren and son Jake. Tom is active in local politics, rows competitively is an avid Porsche Club Member. When not working Tom likes to spend time aboard his Bertram Moppie offshore fishing. Tom works equally well as a buyers agent or listing agent and holds a certified buyer representative designation.
